Measure
Measure distance, area and angle on a map
Click the map to add points. Draw a polyline for distance, a polygon for area, or three points for an angle.
Distance: click in order to draw a polyline, then double-click to finish. Segment lengths and the total length are shown.
Area: click in order to draw a closed polygon. Square metres, square kilometres, and hectares are shown.
Angle: click three points; the second point is the vertex. The included angle and both bearings are shown.
How accurate is this?
Distances use a WGS84 geodesic approximation (Turf). They are not interchangeable with licensed surveying or construction layout.
These tools only assist with geographic data processing. Outputs are for technical reference and must not be used for survey acceptance, construction, or official cadastral demarcation. For critical work, rely on professional GIS software and licensed survey products. All computation runs locally in the browser; files are not uploaded. This site does not operate a public map tile service, does not provide a geography API, does not parse classified coordinates, and does not display militarily sensitive locations. The basemap is OpenStreetMap.
